Xenia’s Protein powder fudgy chocolate tahini brownies made with Coconut Flour

Xenia’s Protein fudgy chocolate tahini brownies

2 eggs

1 cup milk (can use coconut or almond milk)

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1/3c tahini

1tsp vanilla

2.5 scoops Caramilk protein powder by yummy

1/3c coco powder

3 tablespoons coconut flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Sweetener of choice (we used Sweetwell, but stevia would work great)

Mix all wet ingredients. Dissolve sweetener, salt and baking powder into wet ingredients. Mix in coco powder until blended. Add the protein powder and mix well. Add in coconut flour unstick mixed through. Should be thick. Let it stand for a few minutes

Separate bowl, mix 1/4c tahini, 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted) 2 tablespoons coco powder, 2 teaspoon sweetener. Mix well: should be thick and creamy.

Pour brownie batter into Pam sprayed square baking dish. Spread with spatula so it’s evenly distributed. Pour the creamy chocolate mixture over top and swirl in gently with a knife (just a little swirl! You want to feel the difference in texture!)

Bake at 325 for 17 minutes. Take out and let it cool (we didn’t do this but should have)
